$7500.00 Tax Credit
I decided to make sure that all of you had up to date real estate information on the $7500 Tax Credit. It is not, I repeat, it cannot be used as down payment assistance. I've listened to numerous realtors and mortgage brokers alike telling potential customers, recently, that it can be used as down payment assistance....NO IT CAN'T!
